OAF-EIA

The OAF Enterprise Information Assistant system (OAF-EIA) is a system that exercises assistant administration over information generated during product manufacturing, transportation, marketing, information survey, after-sales service and label authentication. It can reduce management cost and enhance an enterprise’s overall management level by administration of products information.

The system consists of:
Logistics Information Management System (OAF-LIM): the system that realizes real-time collection, analysis, assembling, tracking, and administration of information generated during product manufacturing, processing, storage, transportation, and marketing.
Promotion Information Management system (OAF-PIM): the system that realizes effective management of launch and end of marketing activities, prize draw, promotions, and discount.
Research Information Management System (OAF-RIM): the technology platform built for enterprises to carry out research into market information. The platform provides features such as market information collection, statistical analysis, and generation of statistical analysis reports.
Customers Service Management System (OAF-CSM): the system that enables enterprises to provide personalized customer services. The system provides enterprises with features such as internal quality monitoring, customer relationship management, personalized services, and customer caring services.
