They are made of four parts, namely the surface layer, the sub-layer, the mucous film layer, and the bottom layer. On the laser layer, photo-carving technology is used to make laser patterns. On the mucous film layer anti-forgery digital code can be spray-printed to give it dual anti-forgery features.

Papery laser tear-off dual layer secret anti-forgery labels are a new type of dual layer secret anti-forgery labels made with papery layers and laser layers. The anti-forgery digital coding is spray-printed on the back of the papery layer, while laser label effects are created on the bottom layer by using laser-carving technology. The two layers are then integrated to result in a new type dual layer secret anti-forgery label. The process is highly complicated with very strong anti-forgery capacity, therefore is very hard to mimic.
